I am leaving on vacation and needed some documents in order to renew my license and the agent was super helpful and prompt!
I had accidentally paid for a webinar when I wanted a self paced course. I contacted the company thru the support chat asking if the course could be converted to the one I intended to buy. I was not expecting a response the same day, but within a few hours I got confirmation that the course was updated and they only needed to know if I needed the State continuing education, which I did not. Very happy with my results and response time. Great job!
