An unprofessional and biased agent — best to avoid.
I have used Mr. Nathan Bangs for 4 major buy/sell/lease transactions, and soon to be 5. I cannot recommend him enough. He walks you thru the whole process step by step, stays current with the law, and most importantly: he protects your money! Saying he goes above and beyond is an understatement. A separate realtor does NOT exist who will protect you and your family like him. That I can personally guarantee.
