Our experience at Natchez was good. We had few issues- TV stopped working ( wouldn’t connect to internet) in one of the bedrooms and the refrigerator wasn’t working. After some back and forth with the front desk staff and trying to get maintenance to come out during a holiday weekend, we were provided a cooler for our groceries, refunded the money we spent on groceries and they brought up a new refrigerator. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and would stay at the Natchez again.
We had such an enjoyable stay at The Natchez - they were so attentive from the time we booked through the time we left. This is hotel meets Airbnb - the location was perfect for bouncing around NOLA without being disrupted by the noise. This will be the first place I check when I return.
Great location. Close to the French Quarter with restaurants and grocery store nearby also. Clean and a well stocked kitchen. The “pool’ is more of a sit in rather than swim. Nice that it’s out of the sun and rain.

It was so nice to see a very clean condo unit in the middle of New Orleans. The beds are comfortable and clean with all those memory foams including the fold out sofa bed. On top of that, the service was exceptional with a courteous staff throughout our stay. They even made sure to reach out to us when a personal pillow was left in one of the rooms. We are absolutely impressed. The jacuzzi, the heated pool and the hot tub were a plus. It was well worth it choosing The Natchez in NOLA! It is highly recommended!
