Wanted me to review after the tour and boom. Gotta leave a 1 star lol Caught them up on literal lies on the tour but the best part was seeing the roach 🪳 was walking around the lobby and the leasing agent stopped on it sooo smoothly . Well played.
They keep the property up to date, made my move - in experience really fast and Johan, the maintenance man works really hard to keep everything tidy!!
The elevator in my building has been down for two weeks now (I live on the fourth floor and definitely would not have signed up to live somewhere with out an elevator) I have received little to no communication about this issue ( last email was a week ago and stated they would keep us updated) I called and spoke to someone in maintenance and was told it would be at least 2 more weeks and they have no update to give except it will be down for the in foreseeable future.
