Es un lugar estupendo por su situación. Cerca de la llegada a Manhattan desde el aeropuerto JFK. Barrio muy seguro, y el edificio situado entre la 2 y la 3 Avda. Muchos restaurantes en los alrededores. Los apartamentos del edificio están ocupados, en su gran mayoría, por exuniversitarios con un primer trabajo. Los conserjes muy amables.
I stayed there for 6 months for work. I am a nurse that travels to different areas. It was actually one of the best temporary apartments I’ve stayed in, in a long time. I obviously only saw my own apartment, but it was super clean, and had all of the home away from home things I needed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from booking with Sonder at this property (or at all). One bedrooms are alcove studios with a “sliding” wall that doesn’t work. That’s simply misleading false advertisement. Cleanliness is mediocre to say the least. I was promised a “deep cleaning” after complaining but never received that service. First, an agent said she coordinated it to a set time but that wasn’t true. Later, they offered the service again over email but chats/calls with multiple agents resulted in no cleaning action. Do not book an apartment with this Building. The customer service is poor, the kitchen is mediocre and the water from the kitchen tap is never forceful enough. No one comes to check on basic amenities. And they ll make you pay for normal wear and tear of their own goods and say it was caused by you with no substantial proof and hassle you for money
DO NOT BOOK WITH SONDER AT THIS BUILDING. They will take your money and leave you high and dry in terms of customer service. Honestly, worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service in the hospitality space.
