I had heard very postive things about this place, but I must admit it was a let down. I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. Plus the SOME of the staff was very rude and snobby. All of that I could have dealt with, if they did a good solid job on my nails. However, I have never received such poor quality of work. Great place. Very friendly staff. I love going there. I always have a great experience.
Have been going here for six years. Out of the 9 techs, I have used 7. Love everyone of them! Previous posters have complained of smell, but I haven't noticed anything that I wouldn't smell anywhere else. I feel like family here. If you had a bad experience, give it another chance. The techs here are very friendly, kind and caring!
I visited with 3 coworkers. The staff were on schedule, very attentive, and friendly. The salon was clean and well organized. Lan did an excellent job, and I will be returning.
I was looking for a new place to get my nails done. Happened upon this place. Although it had mixed reviews from my friends. The other poster on here is right, it smells badly of chemicals in there-Like open the door bad. I got a manicure which was semi painful from the new girl. Took FOREVER. She painted them and then the polish dried grey & clumpy not black:/ so she re-painted them. Got home went out for New Years. I absolutely love these girls I make myself at home and they make me feel that way!! The only place I'll ever go to get nails done and THEY SPEAK ENGLISH!!
Total let down. The staff was too busy to help me. I waited 30 mins for a wax! It stinks in there! Horrible headache from the chemicals! The service wasn't very friendly! A bit pricey for a unfriendly staff and 5 mins of waxing. They didn't offer me any other services! Doubt I will go back.
Great Service ...very nice and very clean.
