Daughter had her clogs ruined here and the manager advised me the acetone the tech spilled on them wouldn’t cause the leather to mess up. Attached is a screenshot for them to understand how to handle acetone and that it does damage. I believe they knew, but chose to be irresponsible.
I come here quite often but now I would give a zero if I could. I went in this morning for a manicure and a pedicure and while I was getting my pedicure done and she was doing my nails she dropped acetone on the floor and it’s splattered on my shoes. I went back in and they rudely were telling me that it was not their fault and that acetone does not ruin leather. I will not be coming back here again they were very disrespectful and I am very disappointed.
I had Mimi for my pedicure and she did an amazing job! It was so relaxing, not once did I feel rushed or like a "number". Some places set a timer for your massage..they don't here, which I appreciate! The massage was great, she uses good pressure so it's not "just rubbing lotion in" like some places. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming and they play spa music to help relax! My toes look great as well! 1000/10 recommend!
I have been coming here since 2018 and absolutely love it! Every nail tech gives the utmost service, and they are all so sweet. Highly recommend!
