I had a great experience today with Nancy and Lynn. I would like to see a slower approach when it comes to the leg and arm massages that come with the manicure and pedicure but other than that, the services were great. I will definitely come back. ETA I agree with another reviewer who said they pushed other services and upgrades hard but I gave a couple of friendly nos and I was fine.
Sitting explaining how my best friends wedding nails are chopped (picture in comments.) When the employee told me to sit and file them myself since “I know nails”… proceeds to tell me to cut them after she filled one nail shorter than the others that SHE filed.. then makes the BRIDE file them herself! They are so rude, called me “girl”. I’m blown away. After we were put down enough times we left with the brides nails bare. No paint. Glad the maid of honor can do them! Just had a manicure from Mimi and it was probably the best one I’ve ever had. I got a gel manicure with leg and shoulder massage. They’re decently priced and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!!
This is, without a doubt, the most relaxing nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of every customer. I never feel rushed, and they always take their time to make sure everything is perfect. On the occasions when I’m in a hurry and need to be finished quickly, they’re just as accommodating and always do their best to meet my timeline without sacrificing quality.
