Would've given 5 stars , but I feel like I was judged in some way, I did classic nails and toes, the service was amazing products amazing , my only complaint is the judging I watched 5 people who were done before me , get up and go to the front and pay once all service was done , I had 2 others next to me almost done , I'm only halfway done and rushed to pay now and they were politely insistent about it, I was totally confused on why I was being asked to pay , as if the think I'm gonna run or not pay or something, no one els... read more

Absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I wish I could give this 0 STARS I went to The Nails Lounge on Sunday asking for a classic pink and white set. What I got was completely unacceptable. The white tips were freehanded — crooked, uneven, and sloppy. When I asked for them to be fixed, the only “solution” offered was to cover them with white shellac polish. I reluctantly agreed since they weren’t willing to do anything else. I went in for a pedicure. As a man this is just good hygiene and foot maintenance. Their package includes a foot and shoulder massage. Lynn was the lady who did these services for me and I have to say that she has magic hands. She didn’t speak much English but her hands knew how to communicate to my feet and shoulders. I will definitely be a regular customer and ask for Lynn every time
