I was very disappointed with my experience. The nail technicians were extremely persistent in trying to sell us additional services that we did not ask for. Even after we declined, they continued pushing upgrades and add-ons throughout the appointment, which made us feel uncomfortable and pressured. On top of that, my husband was treated rudely, and the staff seemed more focused on juggling multiple customers at the same time than providing quality service. Absolutely terrible experience. This was my first time at this location and came in for a simple pedicure. They sit you and automatically want to push the $50 pedicure when I simply wanted a soak and color. When I insisted on the service I instantly felt the change of attitude in the worker and felt like she snatched the pricing chart from me. I went here for the first time today. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I had a pedicure and it was the best one I’ve ever had! So relaxing and did not feel rushed at all. Will definitely be making this my regular place.
