Popped in to get my nails removed, the lady that did them was very gentle and kept making sure it wasnt hurting when she filed them. She gave me some advice on what to get next time to help keep my nails healthier as they were sensitive and damaged due to having acrylics done. Will defs be going back there next time!
The experience my sister and I had at The Nails Club Figtree. This place was unprofessional and I will NEVER go back or recommend it to anyone. Firstly, their service was beyond terrible. They had the audacity to try and upcharge us despite the prices clearly stated on their list. The shop had only two workers present when we arrived, and instead of attending to customers, they were busy doing each other's nails. They are so good at doing nails, I had Rosie do mine and she was absolutely amazing. All staff there are so sweet and kind and so welcoming.
Worst service ever I was actually scared of the staff
