I was greeted warmly so I hoped the experience was going to mirror that. Not. The price changed three times within five minutes. The experience was just blah. There are no choices, no questions really asked. I asked for my nails not to be clipped just to be evened out and filed down, they look uneven. Questionable hygiene choices. The polish was done nicely. Definitely wont be back.
Hoy estuve haciendo mis uñas y la mujer que me atendió, no se concentraba en mis uñas se paraba a tender a otras personas y me las hizo bien rápidas a mi ver un poco mal hechas y al final me puso un aceite embarrado ni siquiera lo masajeo. Sentí que por ser latina tuvo un pésimo trato.... En otra ocasión me las hizo un hombre estuvo muchísimo mejor que esta mujer...
The best nail salon in the DMV area! Customer service is excellent and they always do a wonderful job on my nails and toes. What I really love is how most of the nail techs are super versatile!
