After reading the reviews I felt like it was time for me to put something very true out there for you to read... reality check in life appointments always come first before walk ins, that goes for everywhere you go. The staff here are ALWAYS super friendly and so kind! If you had a bad experience its probably because you were having a bad day.. which you are entitled too.. but if you are unhappy dont go back.. if you dont like the wait time make an appointment. Great place! Went with my sister and 6 year old daughter. They did a great job and everyone was so friendly.
Found this place through google and decided to go because they welcome walk ins and they are open until 8pm. I arrived at 6:45 and despite the fact that there were two employees sitting around chatting, they didn’t serve me because they take their last appointments at 6:30. They should change their close time. I’ve been to plenty of places for a basic mani-pedi and it’s been done in under an hour. They could have served me, but chose not to. They didn’t even bother to ask what I needed.
I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. My nails turned out beautiful—exactly the design and shape I wanted. The salon itself was clean, relaxing, and had a nice atmosphere. They paid attention to every detail and took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and gorgeous nails.
The younger lady with the long straight hair is the rudest most argumentative disrespectful person I've ever come across! Also my 8yr old daughter's Mani pedi was treated so insignificantly and done so quickly like just polish only plus my daughter wanted to keep her nails longer and i specified oval shape, yet they ended up short and square, AND charged her as an adult! My mother's nails looked horrible, The only thing good about the experience was Mi lee she was a good manicurist and treated us with respect.
