We had a glorified foot scrub & our toe nails painted here today. When we walked in, they asked us to choose a color, my daughter picked a light yellow color on the rack with all the other colors. There were No signs, no prices, no mention of “special” polish options. Once our feet were in the water soaking they told us that polish would be an extra $10 charge. I been going ti this place on and off for the past 2 years. They do ok work, space is spotless really nice and clean , but the people that manage are not friendly at all, rather rude.

I received a gift card from a very generous friend so I went in for a pedicure. I usually have a go-to salon closer to home where I have regular mani/pedis. My overall experience felt rushed. I get pedicures on a regular basis that get the dead skin out from cuticles and bottom of my feet. My tech at The Nails did remove dead skin from the bottom of my feet (as I upgraded to the more expensive pedi) but not a single bit of my cuticles were touched up. I had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had today! Really friendly, thorough but not painful at all, good polish selection, and a lovely little shoulder massage while my toes were drying! I’ll be back for my next pedicure.
