I just had such a frustrating experience at The Nails in Sudbury. They always do a nice job so I am shocked by the whole experience. First off, the woman doing my toes did a so-so job. Maybe she's learning, so I'll cut her some slack. But the rudeness I experienced from the man at the desk, Paul Choi, was hugely disappointing. I forgot they only accept cash tips. I have really tried to like this place. This is the only place my dip would last the longest. They are not very pleasant at all. I do feel rushed at times. I did have a dazzle one time and it didn't last and I had redone but the guy who did was very rude. They also told me I could not request a certain nail tech but yet I see people coming to see their requested person
Sad because I wanted to really like the new salon in town. Pedicures are exactly 15 minutes for $40.
