This is my third time here and I always have had a wonderful experience! The gel polish looks excellent for a long time after, the spa pedicure is really luxurious, and they do an excellent job taking off my calluses from a job where I work on my feet. It is quite pricey, but they’re transparent about pricing in advance. To me it’s worth it vs going somewhere cheap where I would be disappointed. Clean and kind.

Never again. They ask for positive reviews in exchange for a discount, but in reality, the service is awful. I had been coming here for a few months and had become a loyal customer, even joining their loyalty program. This is the 2nd time in a row that they literally turned me away at the door. Even after reminding them they turned me away last time and pleading since it’s my birthday this week, they told me no. I won’t be back.

I finished work early today and found I was near here. I was basically a walk in and they accepted me willingly. I got a classic pedicure done by Chole. She was very effective yet gentle. I'm leaving with new feet lol. The hot tea was a nice relaxing addition.
