I was referred to the nail tech, Tia and decided to give her a try. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. I paid $75 for a pedicure that didn’t come out well, and later found out it may not have even been done by the person I booked with. When I reached out to express my concerns, I didn’t receive an acknowledgment or apology for the poor results, just a response to rebook. I was a walk-in for a manicure pedicure and face wax. Everyone did a wonderful job. service was prompt and polite. Facility are clean and great massage chairs. I can’t say enough about the massage chairs whoever chose those did a great job. I nail tech Del and Mel did great job. Lily was so gentle on the waxing and thorough with the tweezers

On 4/29, my appointment was with Nayeli Cotto and she did not do a good acrylic and painting job. She rushed through my services (I understand your bf is supposed to pick you up, but that’s not a reason to rush). I had to remind her that I am also getting my feet done. The acrylic job is uneven, bumpy, and the apex is too thick. The paint job is horrible, and the shape is not clean and sharply done. Tia did my nails exactly like the picture! She is also a perfectionist when it comes to shape! The best service and nail shop I’ve ever been too! I will always be a loyal customer to them for sure!
