This was my first visit to this establishment, and it will be my last—for all the right reasons. I sent my daughter in for a simple service: gel polish with a French tip, which she was clearly quoted at $65. Straightforward, right? Apparently not. She returned with a total of $95, and the staff tried to shift the blame onto her. I’ve always had a wonderful experience here! Customer service is excellent 👍 I feel valued as a customer as soon as i walk in the door, salon is extremely clean and organized! Temee did my nails this time and look how cute they are! This took a lot of detail work and design, she intricately distributed each sparkle! She is very talented and creative!
I recently switched to using poly gel and Huong is very experienced with the process. My nails are beautiful! I will definitely be back.
Ann did an amazing job on my nails! I did this review a little late so I can say with confidence that they did not lift or chip at all for weeks! I was so happy with the way they turned out. Cannot wait to see what is next! I also got a pedicure that was done well and I enjoyed a glass of wine while I got my toes done :)
I have been going to The Nail Studio for 6+ years now and I've never gone anywhere else since finding them. Before I found The Nail Studio, I was going from salon to salon getting by but not being in love with my results. It wasn't until I asked a coworker of mine who's nails were always fabulous as to where she goes and her reply was that she goes to The Nail Studio and that she loves all the technicians so you cant go wrong with any of them.
