The lady did a very good job painting my 2 year olds toenails for the very first time and made sure she was happy and comfortable. I did not catch her name but they are all very good with small children. The man who did my pedicure was very good and kind. We will definitely come back!!!
I have been going to The Nail Studio for 6+ years now and I've never gone anywhere else since finding them. Before I found The Nail Studio, I was going from salon to salon getting by but not being in love with my results. It wasn't until I asked a coworker of mine who's nails were always fabulous as to where she goes and her reply was that she goes to The Nail Studio and that she loves all the technicians so you cant go wrong with any of them. Ann did an amazing job on my nails! I did this review a little late so I can say with confidence that they did not lift or chip at all for weeks! I was so happy with the way they turned out. Cannot wait to see what is next! I also got a pedicure that was done well and I enjoyed a glass of wine while I got my toes done :)
This was my first visit to this establishment, and it will be my last—for all the right reasons. I sent my daughter in for a simple service: gel polish with a French tip, which she was clearly quoted at $65. Straightforward, right? Apparently not. She returned with a total of $95, and the staff tried to shift the blame onto her. I have been coming to this nail studio for years with all my sisters and mother and have never had an issue with the quality of service I have gotten which is why I was so so surprised to come today and leave with one of the worst pedicures I have had from them. I left today with a pedicure that had paint on the skin of my toes and unequal coverage on nails. (See photo).
