I had an appointment to get my nails done here but had to abruptly go out of town as my grandmother passed away. I explained this reasoning for why I had to cancel my appointment and I was still charged the cancellation fee. I understand having a cancellation fee but I believe for certain situations such as this, it should be waived. Needless to say, I will not be making another appointment with this company.
Brenda is the sweetest person ever. She helped us with a surprise we had for my daughter’s boyfriend’s mom to get her nails done 💅 for Mother’s Day. Brenda is extremely busy. However she managed to squeeze her in and make her day special. If you are looking for professionalism and to be treated good. This is your place to go! Thank you 🙏 Brenda for helping us out!! Brenda is so sweet and the best at precision! She always gets my nails done better than what I asked for. I’ve given her some trouble because I like my nails short sometimes but she’s been so amazing every time! Her prices are super reasonable as well. HIGHLY recommend.
