I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. I arrived an hour before closing and clearly explained that I wanted a pedicure with a design. The technician acknowledged my request and told me to pick out a color, which I did. She then proceeded with the pedicure as expected. I previously stopped going here to get my nails done and started doing them myself because they never listened to what I wanted and always charged me more for things i did not ask for. I came today to get my eyebrows done, when i get there I had to wait 30 mins for a max 10 min service. the woman was not very friendly and very rough while doing them (jerking my face ect.)

I called to make an appointment for 2 SNS and 1 pedicure. When my family got there, the woman I talked to immediately became argumentative saying that on the phone she asked me how many people we had and I apparently had said we had two people. I don’t remember her asking how many people we had and if she did I must have just not understood her. When I tried to talk to her about it, she began ignoring me and shaking her head.
