First, my nails and toenails look wonderful. It was my first time in the shop. I went for a scheduled pedicure but found the atmosphere so friendly and comfortable I requested a gel extension set as well. They were willing to make that happen. It was nice to be in a salon where they don’t pressure you, question my style choice, or how short I wanted my nails. They were so nice and talked with their clients like we were friends. I have crooked, arthritic fingers; V and Brian were very understanding of that. 100% going back!
I have been a consistent customer at The Nail Stop for approximately six months since moving to the area and, until now, have had no issues with services. This makes it disappointing to leave a review under these circumstances. During a recent eyebrow service completed by the female owner, Vee, I communicated that I wanted my eyebrows thinner.
