I was in the salon at the same time the “THEY CUT ALL MY SKIN” reviewer had her incident. When I arrived, she was in good spirits, but once the staff explained they couldn’t do her GelX manicure today, she became extremely disruptive. The manager even offered to let her leave without paying for her wax and pedicure to defuse the situation, but she escalated… shouting, claiming she was “bleeding all over the place” and needed to go to the hospital, and then calling the police to claim discrimination. Always a wonderful experience when I come and have been coming since 2018. They have more options of services now and always love my pedicures, manicures, and other services! You won’t be disappointed, clean and sanitary always, and clean products which is extremely important- love them!!!
