When I first came in, they were very welcoming, but Their work ethic is pretty crappy. They didn’t even ask what size you want. They didn’t even ask. They didn’t ask what size nails I wanted. They just put them on me. Me And the person I went with, got French chips and they were all crooked. They had to redo the whole thing over NO and the results came out crappy both times I could see if one person was unhappy, and the other was satisfied, but neither of us were satisfied.

I absolutely love this nail salon! The nail techs are super talented and really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. Plus, the atmosphere is relaxing. I always leave feeling pampered!

Went in on a Sunday around 1:30pm and was told “we’re busy right now” I asked how long is the wait? Since online shows close at 5pm. And he just spoke in his language. And I asked are you no longer accepting any clients for the day? And he responded with “No”. How rude like really you guys close at 5pm there was like 3 women in the salon. Oh well I rather give my money to a small owned business that has good customer service anyways. This is the last time I will come here. Called and made an appointment for soak off nails manicure and pedicure for 2 people at 530pm which they stated no problem. Showed up and no one was ready to take us. We waited until 6pm before they started on us. She finishes with my toes and then told me to wait for "the lady " to do the soak off and my manicure. 7:3pm came along and they told me to come back tomorrow.
