I am very disappointed with my experience here. My sister (who just had a baby) and I had pedicure appointments scheduled. We were running late, but we texted ahead and were told it was OK. When we arrived, we stood in the waiting area for about 7 minutes with no greeting or assistance. At that point our appointment time was 18 minutes past, but we had already been waiting since just 11 minutes after our start time. Eventually, someone came out and began working on my sister. Me and my daughter went to have a girls morning and got our nails done. I have only had my nails done a couple times but wow!! This place was clean, welcoming and full of talent. If you not just want your nails done but a great experience this is your place.
