Went to The Nail Society in Buford GA for the first time this week (recommended by a girlfriend) and I am thrilled! Kim is fabulous! The shop is small, quaint, a touch of hometown friendliness. My fingernails and toes turned out GREAT! Better than any other nail salon I have ever been too. Customer service is fabulous, attention to detail, and a real personal touch. Highly recommend!
Wish I could give negative stars. My mom went here after being referred by a friend. She missed an appointment that she offered to pay for and they told her she “was not a good fit…and they do not need her business.” And asked her not to come back. My mom has a brain injury and sometimes has trouble keeping track of things, but she takes accountability for it without using excuses. These ladies were very rude. All I have to say is I hope that they or their loved ones never have an injury that affects their cognitive function... read more
