I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon, and I absolutely have to give them 5 stars! I went in for a gel refill, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The shop is clean, bright, and well-organized, which immediately gave me a good impression. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. I visited this nail salon this morning and had a great experience. The staff were professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout. The salon was very clean and well organized. My nails were done with care and precision. I highly recommend this place for excellent service.

I have been a regular to this place from last three years. But off late the experiences have not been the same or rather terrible. I visited them last week for my gel nail refill. It was a hot day and when I sat for my service in Joey’s chair, I asked for some drinking water since I was thirsty. The answer given to me was “LATER”. I was not sure what that meant and I mentioned to the nail tech that I was thirsty and I would appreciate If she could get me some water but she just ignored my request and started the service. i was visiting markham from guelph and decided to give Maggie a try. she is the BEST - she’s so precise, so professional and so amazing at listening to your nail needs. i will have to start making the trip to her from now on. my nails have never looked this good!!
