Had a terrible experience yesterday with Ann. While prepping my nails for a new dip application, she was carelessly cutting into my natural nails. When I pointed it out, she raised her voice and kept saying ‘I see it! I see it!’ While she was STILL cutting into my real nails. After the third cut with me pulling my hands back, she rudely dropped my fingers back into the nail remover solution and walked away.
