I LOVE coming here to get my nails done! First time I stepped into the nail shop, they were so welcoming and patient! The prices are so affordable too! They tend to offer you a free beverage when you sit down! They are so sweet. I had my nails done here twice the first time. The lady used nail dip and it was a beautiful color when I went back to get it filled. I didn't know you couldn't fill dipped nails. I was told by the previous person that you could and that the fill would be $35. But when I got there, the new lady told me, they don't do dip at all, and that it would be $40 to have my nails filled. And therefore she filled them and covered up the dip with nail polish. Some of the best acrylics I’ve had anywhere in Northwest Arkansas! The prices are insanely good, the shop is spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. While I was there, a very rude customer completely lost it because the shop didn’t have a specific nail color she wanted. She started yelling, cussing, flipping people off, and even slapped one of the tech’s hand- yet the team stayed calm, respectful, and professional through the entire situation.
