Had the worst experience here. I have come here for years and have noticed the quality has gone down steadily but had tried to stay loyal. The last time I went, Vicky did my nails and they looked awful. They were cracked and terrible. So I had taken a break and when I came in today I had nothing in my nails at all. I started going to the Nail Shop Lex going on 2 years ago. I saw that I could make appointments through messaging on Instagram and that Lisa did designs. I didn’t know what design I wanted so opted to do a Lisa’s choice total surprise and have never looked back. I am always amazed at Lisa’s talent and everyone I show is convinced they are stickers rather than free hand art. I always let Lisa do whatever style she wants and it never disappoints.
