Honestly, I think this was the BEST nail job I’ve ever had. While visiting family in Columbus I had to get my nails filled so I chose The Nail Shop simply by location. They were polite and accommodating for my walk-in status, and more importantly - they were having fun! They were laughing with the other (apparently regular) customers, making the atmosphere lively and welcoming. It’s palatable when someone loves what they are doing - especially when it is a service on you!

Awful customer service. Manicure lasted ONE DAY. I went back and the rude manager would not even provide another coat of polish. I will not be back and you shouldn’t go either.

I walked in for a pedicure and was seated immediately. Vivian took care of me and did an amazing job! I had some work to do on my toes and she was very careful and diligent. Very kind staff as well. The building is a little hidden but definitely worth the find and highly recommend!

Jenny and Tom are amazing!! Jenny always does just a great job on my nails and does exactly what I ask for. This is the only place I'll go for my nails now, love them!
