I wanted tortoise shell. Show the picture of exactly what I wanted was very unsure if she understood what I was saying she made me think she knew what she was doing. A question or 1 million times and I ended up with the worst nails Ever. I wish I could show you pictures when I showed my mom. She laughed hysterically for like 20 minutes straight. That’s how bad my nails turned out.

My nails came off in a week. I went to get them fixed. The owner did a horrible job, said 20 dollars and asked how much tip I will give, I said 5 dollars. Turned out she took 45 dollars from my account, my fault that I haven't checked the receipt. But not even a week passed and one of the nails is already off. I will never come back to that place again.

I was in the shop today and left completely dumbfounded.. I have had previous issues with being cut and sometimes pretty badly but I continued to give this place the benefit of the doubt.. I can no longer do that… not only was I cut deep underneath my nails, she didn’t bother to remove my old color and placed the new dip over it.. she added sooo much acrylic, the nails look like spoons and are more than a 8th thick.. Nothing would dry so she polished over the dip and still charged me the dip price.. now I’m spending 3 times ... read more
