The staff at this salon are so unbelievably unprofessional. They talk bad about their clientele, make fun of them, and are overall just inappropriate. The one technician in the back smells like she's been on a 3 day drinking binge, constantly talks about her sex life and shows people graphic photos of her sex acts. My technician acted like she didn't want to be there, kept checking her phone, rushed and ruined my nails. Definitely not worth the amount I paid.
Top tier salon experience! Everyone that works there is so much fun, and it feels like you're having a good time with your bff's. Brenna was a pleasure, and makes getting your nails done a breeze. I wish I could get my nails done every day!!!!
Dee is my go to, she's been my tech for years. She is no longer at The Nail Room. My review reflects her work, not this establishment. I love her quality of work so much 🥹 she's a true artist and works hard to make sure I'm satisfied every single time! 🫶🏽💅🏽 This establishment however gets 1 star.
The salon itself is cute, but I had a very uncomfortable experience during my visit. The owner, Kendra, was showing clients highly personal and explicit videos and images of herself with another individual. It felt extremely unprofessional and made the atmosphere awkward and inappropriate. I won’t be returning due to the lack of professionalism and the uncomfortable environment.
