I have had mani~pedis at The Nail Room for over 5 years. I always use Tom who is very skilled and gentle.I made an appointment over the phone. When I arrived I was told he was on vacation. This is the second time this has happened. When I told the manager about this she told me to text Tom to see if he will be in. What is the purpose of a reservation.? Her staff should be aware of scheduling. When I mentioned this she gave me an attitude. That is the end of my business.
