Clean, friendly, diligent, and my new go-to-spot. Natalie is 5 stars, she cares, is so sweet and extremely talented. She fixed my problem with no issue, was so patient and did an amazing job. Best pedi I’ve had in Tampa-seriously!!! I could recommend her enough. My toes haven’t looked this good since I moved to Tampa. Please go see her.
I’ve been coming to this salon for nearly 15 years, which is why I hate having to leave a negative review. I’ve always had great experiences here, and this is the first time I’ve felt disappointed enough to share feedback. I was on a nail salon hunt for so long and have come here quite a few times and I’ve loved it every single time. Yani is so precise and always does such an excellent job. She has such an eye for detail. Tania has done my toes before and was so efficient and did such a clean job. Would totally recommend!
Today I visited the salon. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the décor shows great taste—those details really stand out. However, the experience with the technician who attended me wasn’t the best. She was on the phone most of the time, and it seemed like she was dealing with personal matters, which made the service feel limited. We barely interacted.
