5 star service This place is the best! People are nice and hospitable. The prices aren't the cheapest but they're the same as everywhere else. The quality of the service was more important. Great looking pedicure and my solar nails looked fabulous! The guy that did my pedi is Q and he does the best job I've ever had. Make your appointments before trying to come in on a Friday. They get booked!!
Pleasant and Professional... As a first-timer in this nicely decorated salon, I was very impressed. The people there are very pleasant and social. They greet you with a warm smile, offer refreshments for free, and talk to you during the service, something not many places do. On top of all this, they do a great job. I received a beautiful manicure and an awesome pedicure. I think I found my new nail salon.
Fabulous service This is hands down the best nail salon in the Columbus area. The employees are consummate professionals and treat everyone with respect. Very clean and the best pedicures at the best prices. I refuse to go anywhere else.
Relaxing... This place is awesome. The music they play is 80's themed so it is easy listening. The girls are wonderful and do a fantastic job. The best part is that they all speak English! Well the best part is that they all do a fantastic job and are really pleasant.
The Nail Retreat is the best salon I've been to... I just moved to the area and found this place online. It had great reviews so I decided to try it. They are what everybody says about them. The staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is wonderful. They truly take their time to do a great job. I've found my new nail salon in this new city. Great job guys!!!
Great time and super hygenic Cutiest place ever. I don't even want to call it a nail salon. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. You definitely feel at ease and if you don't feel like chatting, you can relax, sit back and enjoy the massage and a complimentary beverage. Best of all this place is affordable! Would definitely recommend for spa parties and come back This place was an awesome place to hold our spa party because of the open space. They had plenty of chairs to accomodate all of my bridesmaids and there were 20 of us. They are very clean and very nice. Great service and my hands and feet looked great!
