Giving 4 stars but it has the potential to be five stars. The tech was trying to do multiple clients at one time that I believe took from the $120 ultimate pedicure experience I was expecting. Left us with excess oil and lotion all over. Could focus more on the experience. My wife got her nails painted and she says all the nail tools were dirty and used. Nice setting and very pleasant staff.
I had a dazzle dry manicure and it had peeled off in 2 days on 4 nails! It was also streaky! I will continue to drive to Mt Pleasant where my dazzle dry lasts for 2 weeks
The owner, Ann is spectacular. She is so humble, I had no idea she was doing gel mani/pedi. What a wonderful experience!
Te Nail Place of Charleston is phenomenal! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the customer service can not be beat! It is family owned and they make you feel part of their family, they know you by name after your first visit and offer you drinks when you arrive! They just remodeled their pedicure chairs (I loved them before) and they are the most comfortable and stylish chairs I’ve used at a nail salon! The quality and service are worth every penny! I absolutely love this place!
