I had the spa pedicure with Donna. It was so fabulous and the scrub and massage was all perfect. I will definitely be back. She used real orange slices. Amazing 👏
Tima did an amazing job on my nails today! I had a bad first experience with this salon and she made coming back worth it. She treated me with such kindness and love. I absolutely adore these nails!
Did an okay job! But she filed down too much on my toe and cut the skin open before my vacation so it’s quite painful to walk. Please be more gentle. Update I found two cuts
I was a regular monthly customer at VO's nails for 2 years in Sherwood Park and almost always getting the run around from needing to cancel an appointment and getting 5 calls from them after canceling to asking me to reschedule my appointment I made 2 weeks before and wanted to change due to the lack of customer service. I tried The Nail Place and Tima was awesome. Very friendly, fast, and detailed. I will be continuing my monthly nail fill with them from now on. Thank you, Tima! ❤️
Tima is very professional and kind, she did exactly what was asked for and even redid my other daughter’s nails as she wasn’t overly happy at first! Would recommend
