Excellent Customer Service & great atmosphere! Jazmin did my nails & John does the best pedicures! I got the deluxe pedicure with paraffin hotwax ombré pink & white full-set with rhinestone detailing on 2 fingers. I love my nails. Thank you Nail Place! I have found my new nail shop.
I moved to this area a year ago and have been to this salon many times. I have had some great experiences but have now had 3 not good and felt I needed to share. The lady with the glasses has made me bleed the two times she did my nails and the one time she did my friend’s. 3/3 times I’ve observed her do nails she made someone bleed! Imagine how many others have too, which is disturbingly unsanitary. One of the times she pulled out an ointment and put it on my cut with her bare finger without warning…again, unsanitary. We went to the nail place on 8th for pedicures and decided to treat ourselves to the deluxe package with the jelly add-on, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was life-changing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was professional, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of.
