Awful!!! The service here is awful. I scheduled an appt online with a note that I was attending an event and needed help picking out nail colors. NO one could assist or was friendly. In fact my nail tech Michael #8149 disappears. He left me after my services. No one came by to check my nails to see if they were dry. They don't speak English at all! Only speak Spanish. They need to have employees who can help. The staff was rude. I even asked a female tech and she was like I don't know. Don't even bother.
I had a really great experience at Nail Love Lounge. I went out of my comfort zone and stopped in bc my usual nail girl is moving. I was really happy with my service with Liani. She did a liquid gel full set with gel color on top. She was meticulous and did not rush even though it was the end of the day. I will definitely be returning
Amazing attention to detail, fantastic massages, and very nice staff 10000/10 will go again!! The complementary drinks are very tasty. I definitely recommend the lemon love!
If you’re looking for a classy, professional, clean place to get your mani or pedi, look no further! Enjoy a complimentary cocktail and snacks while enjoying a relaxing service! Every person I’ve gone to has been better than the next so hard to recommend any one technician!
