My tech was a guy. I don't know his name. I asked for, short, coffin, the short was on point, but the coffin was not. Plus, my nails are crooked. He couldn't see that they were crooked. I kept showing him that they weren't right and he got frustrated and gave me the file to file it myself. I said sir you're the tech not me. He pushed my cuticles way back. I liked my service when I went 4 years ago, not today. ☹️
