Not the greatest experience today. I would say the massage chair was the best part. Nail tech was in a rush from the time she sat down to the time the pedicure was over. She did not take time to properly trim my toenails or remove skin. Massage was very fast and not relaxing relaxing at all. I paid to have gel polish and she didn't even fully polish my big toes and left nail polish on my cuticles. After polishing she filed my toenails again. I've been coming here for a couple months. They always accommodate my needs. I can look up a style or design for inspiration and Lai always does the best.

Hello I normally don’t write bad reviews, but I had to write this to let people know about this nail salon. I was mortified when I walked in. There was a smell of smoke coming from the store as soon as I walked in, I was expecting a normal smell of a nail salon, smelling like nail polish And chemicals, but that was not the case it smelled like I was at a smoke shop. Went in for a very simply design, spent over 3 hours having to tell the tech how to do her job and ended up leaving very unhappy and being overcharged for nails i’m going home to remove. i’ve never had such a poor experience. specifically asked her to stop trying the design 5 times before i had to raise my voice and take my hands away. this is the second time this tech has done a poor job- and the others refer to her as boss so im very disappointed. won’t be back.
