I had a 12pm appointment today for both a pedicure and nail service, which I booked five days in advance. I arrived on time and checked in at 12:01, only to find that my nail tech was just beginning another client’s full set. I was told she was “almost done,” but it was clear she was still at the very early stages. I went ahead with my pedicure, expecting my nail service to begin shortly afterward, but over an hour passed with no updates. This shop by far is the best in Henry County. Ms Ann and Pheonix are the absolute BEST! I epuld not trust anyone else for these services
Customer service is a Plus 1. Everyone is so nice and friendly and so far I've never had a bad experience and I've been going for over 5 years now!
This was my first here and the place is very nice decorated and reasonably priced. I will go back. Great prices
