I’ve been coming here awhile and mostly get my nails done by Phoenix, everyone there is nice but I’m extremely satisfied when she does my SNS.
Went in for a standard pedicure I asked for plain white tip Not gel got to the front had a 50.00 bill never again what if I didn’t have the money ?u can’t give people what they don’t ask for I was partially sleep never realized she was adding gel untill I got to counter and asked why bill was so high smh

I hate I’m doing this review because I genuinely liked this establishment and have frequently came here but after today I will not be back due to the lackluster performance on my pedicure. I got acrylic placed on my big toes due to the fact that they are not strong and break frequently and chip even after paying a $10 gel polish up charge. Once the acrylic was laid and dried gel polish was placed on my toes and exposed the uneven surface of the acrylic. I went to the nail shop to get my eyebrows done(my normal place to wax my eyebrows) and I was waxed aggressively by the lady. I checked out and saw that I was bleeding. I asked the lady that was checking me out is it normally this hard when you guys wax people? She stated no then she asked me if I called before I came in regards to the availability and I stated no.
