I would NOT recommend - at all. I have been here twice, serviced by two different nail techs each time, and I can say they both did a poor job with properly shaping my nails. The first time I came in for a gel x repair. This should have been easy - gel x nails are already preformed. WRONG. From the oversized nail to the bumpy application of the color, it was not a good experience. I had to actually come back for it to be repaired for free. This second time was worse. Beautiful, serene, peaceful atmosphere, I’m new to the area and found this place just being out and about . Everyone had great attitude they were fast and efficient ,plus the great work they did to my hands and feet . I definitely will be a returning customer.
Went in and checked in to make sure they have enough time for a Pedicure and SNS. The guy informed me yes they would be completed. Well sat to get pedicure, they gave me color and I picked what I wanted for nails and feet. They girl who did my pedicure did an amazing job. The girl who did my nails had me soak my SNS off, wanted me to pick a completely didn’t color, that I didn’t want because they didn’t have SNS color but never communicated that. So they soaked my nails, never filed them and let me leave looking at hot mess.... read more
I absolutely love Phoenix! I’ve been going to her for over a year and she is amazing!! Mr. Ken and Ms. Ann do my feet so well! They took their time and made sure that I liked everything in the process. I love the nail lounge!
