I went to the nail lounge expecting a peaceful, relaxing experience. The pedicure technician was great, and the lady who did my manicure did a good job overall, but the experience itself was disappointing. They never asked what type of manicure I wanted, and when my hand kept flinching, she became noticeably rude about it. She even cut my finger twice. Been coming here for a while now and I’ll never stop!! The staff is amazing and all so talented. William always does a beautiful job on my nails. Would recommend this salon to anyone!
