Lam is absolutely the best pedicurist you could ever want!! The massage is consistently amazing!
Very disappointed. I’m a regular customer since I moved to the area. I drove an hour and a half from Orlando to make it to get my nails done. When I arrived at 6:00pm on a Saturday, it was bare inside. Only three employees who were actively working on customers. I was told there was no one available to service me because everyone had gone home for the day. Horrible service
I took my daughter here a few times as girl time and her first experience for her nails. Each time we went, 3 times, it was a different price. I became annoyed and called in for price quote and what they told me for the EXACT same service was $130, so where did the additional charges come in? No actual manicure or pedicure, just gel polish. This place is ripping people off and generating whatever price they want. After I called I was disgusted, so now they lost our service and our family who would go there. They seriously need to shut this place down. I was closer to this salon so I thought id give it a try. It’s a nightmare because why do I have to suffer and feel this much pain. I got my full set removed and was going through torture I was bleeding also she kept acting like it was normal. Then proceeded to try to put my hand in a dirty bowl of water. She superglued the nail polish on my nails. She put superglue and then put my hand under the UV light I asked for gel polish and it seems like they don’t have enough product the ... read more
