Disappointed. Cuticles annihilated… Made to wait half an hour. Paid way more than I usually would as I decided to treat myself to french. Either the cuticle clippers were blunt or poor technique was used as my skin was being very painfully tugged and pulled. I bled a lot because of it, was very sore for days and they’re still scabby now. It became even worse when a wooden stick kept getting scraped around the wounds while the paint was going on/everywhere. Every staff member who is currently working there are so skilled and genuinely cares about the quality of their service. I cannot think of a better place to get a manicure and pedicure in Sydney. I’ve never had someone look at the angle of my nail, hold it up to the light and correct the slightest imperfection with gel. Worth the extra money, treat yourself or gift to a loved one 🩷

Such a great spa pedicure, really scrubbed the dead skin off my feet which I find a lot of places don’t do. Would go back again

Really bad experience here unfortunately for the price I had to pay for nail extensions $150 my nails ended up breaking in a week. Asides from that this salon is very elitist and fake. Would not recommend to come here again.
