Great service, bad communication regarding prices. Everyone and everything was great up until I asked about how much I had paid. As soon as I asked, everyone got defensive and rude. Just be prepared to pay more than advertised/ expected! They were also extremely nasty and rude over the phone to myself, and other friends and family that have since called for services. I would never recommend this place.
This is the best salon in all of Tempe, first time here and it smelled so damn good in there as well. Will 100 percent be coming back as soon as I can. Best pedicure of my life, just for basic with gel it was an affordable price and such a luxury experience. This service was for my birthday and I left so happy and relaxed! Micheal was amazing !
This is by far my favorite nail salon. Michael consistently provides exceptional pedicure and manicure services. Sophia does an amazing job at acrylic nails! Even after moving to California, I return once a month and make it a priority to have my nails done here. I have yet to find another salon that matches the quality and care I receive at this location.
I was a bit embarrassed to come today because my toenails were in awful shape. BUT NO JUDGEMENT HERE! I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. The service was tailored to my individual needs and the citrus pedi was the icing on the cake!!! Thank You ‘NailLLab’ my feet feel awesome and are pretty again!
They always do a great job. I bring my ideas and Jessie brings them to life.
