This is my fourth or fifth time coming and I love everything about the Nail Lab of Cary my nails look amazing every single time
I rarely ever go get my nails done, but today I decided to treat myself. With that being said, I will definitely be back and treating myself so much more. The staff here are extremely attentive and hilarious. 10/10
I am retracting my previous review. My initial experience was good so good that I gave a 30.00 tip. The nails looked good as well However a week of having my new set of gel x nails they started popping off, The customer service was good that I was willing to give them another try. I called to schedule another appointment and I expressed my concerns and issues with my nails. I received zero apology,zero empathy and zero concern. .
