8/13/2025, This was my first visit at Nail Lab and I really enjoyed my Manicure/Dip Power by Jack and my Baking Soda Pedicure by Lily, I felt so pampered, relaxed and almost fell asleep. See y’all soon!
I’m truly disappointed today with the service! I’ve been patronizing all Summer, but today was extremely poor quality. I got the mani/pedi in/out service and both my hands and feet look like I did it myself. When I spoke to the manager and told her that I was displeased about how dry my feet looked she told me that it was due to the service that I chose and that I could put the lotion on myself. 😳 I’ll be seeking a new place that’s worth my hard earned coins! 😔
UPDATE: First and Foremost, this is MY review of what I experienced today! I said what I said because I can and did UNAPOLOGETICALLY! 🤷♀️ If I stated that I’m disappointed with the quality that I received from your techs, that’s what it is.
