Beyond disappointing . Booked an appt far in advance. The nail tech called in sick. Said they tried calling me to let me know, but I received no call. I arrived to one tech being there, and she said they moved my appt to her, but she couldn’t perform any of the services I booked. I waited for this appt, and was super excited to try them out.

I had an appointment with Jess today, and she was absolutely wonderful. Even though it was supposed to be her day off, she still came in just to do my nails, and mentioned she’d head home right after. She did an amazing job and even shared helpful tips on how to protect my nails and make them last longer. I’m really happy with my visit!

Great service! Jessica did a fantastic job with my nails. The place is very clean and comfy, I even got a complimentary foot massage that was amazing. I really recommend it!

I love the Nail Lab! I have monthly appointments booked with Nirmala, who is incredibly nice and talented! I always ask for specialty nail features, like cateye and designs, and she pulls through with beautiful nails!

Overpriced nail shop and not a great quality work. I personally happen to be visiting town for work and decide to go with family members. I will never come back to this location.
