Truly shocked this place has good reviews. I went in on a recommendation of a friends. I found the environment to be underwhelming. It stinks of incense and it’s a very small place. I received a gel x manicure that looked great. After one day, I had a nail pop off. I intended to go back and get it fixed as they offer a warranty on the nails. Such great service and everyone there was so sweet! Vanessa made my nails look so beautiful! I definitely will be coming back here! I also love how close it is to where I live😍❤️ I highly recommend this salon!!
Been going to the Nail Kitchen for a really long time and most of the staff is great and treat their customers with respect and kindness. There is always one bad apple in the bunch, there has not been one occasion since their current receptionist started that I haven't heard her or been the target of her lack of professionalism and rudeness. I hope that she is never treated the way she treats orhers.
