LOVE the Nail Kitchen. So much talent in these 4 walls and always a super fun experience!
I'm looking for a place to get my nails done and upon reading the reviews the owner seems to be immature in responding to complaints and the responses are unprofessional and this is disappointing to see, also not only driving my potential business away but others too. You should really learn how to communicate professionally and not so much with arrogant emotions. You should know the customer is always right, even when they're not. They are what brings your business money, beggers can't be choosers.
