This was my first time at the salon. The front desk attendant was super nice and helpful. Leon was training so I got a discount on a gel builder Russian manicure. I had no idea what that really meant or how it worked as I had recently started following due to dsm girl's December giveaways. The Nail Gallery was an amazing experience. Best nail salon in the greater Des Moines area. The focus on technique and good quality application rather than speed makes for an excellent quality manicure/pedicure. I was also a nail model for one of their trainees, Leon. He was excellent at the manicure service and did a great job. I go to Lynn for pedicures and she phenomenal. I am thankful to be a repeat customer.
First time new client and I was a model for Leon as he trains; 10/10! Everyone in the salon was super nice, and they were all extremely supportive of Leon as he worked on my nails! One of the best manicures I have ever had! Definitely will be back!
First time visit and I was a training model for a new nail tech. I’m not new to being a training model for beauty services (hair cuts & color, facials, waxing) and this was the best experience I’ve ever had as a model. The appointment didn’t feel like a typical model or student appointment where an instructor shows up at the end to critique. My nails have never been healthier and that’s all thanks to Shan & her team. Russian manicures are the way to go! Not only do they provide incredible nail care but several techs are amazing free hand artists.
