I tired to call to cancel my appointment multiple times, for a couple of weeks now. I have sent a dm on Instagram, and email. I visited this salon after having a horrible experience at another salon in Middletown. They took care of me immediately and were the kindest ladies! They gave me exactly what I asked for and more! Offered me a heated neck wrap when I came in and took their careful time on my nails to make sure they were perfect! If you’re in Newport and looking for a fantastic nail salon, The Nail Files is an absolute gem! Worst mani pedi I received in RI. Place is not clean. Don’t use disposable covers for pedicure tanks, nails and nail dust everywhere. Mani pedi quality was also low. Didn’t fully remove my previous regular polish. Barely cut/file my nails. Staff was friendly. I really wanted to find reasons to like this place. Not going back.
