Update: the nail factory called me back and apologized for the misunderstanding and did their best to offer a solution. I will Give them another try in the future and update my review as necessary. My mom drove in from Texas last night to spend the week here and we decided to do a girls date to get our nails done. I made An appt last week for the both of us and specified we’d like to sit together. We got in and they refused to let us be near each other despite multiple open chairs. So we left.
I always love my nails, the nail guy I always go to does a beautiful job!! And when one broke i was able to come and get it fixed. I love this nail place!!!
The perfect nails. Thu Ha is the best and really takes her time to make sure my nails are perfect every time!
