I had been here a couple of times and had some good experiences and sometimes not, which is not their fault. They have a-lot of nail technicians so don’t think one worker’s mistake will ruin your experience here all the time. My top coat came off the same day, which was my fault, and I called and they were happy to fix it within the week because I couldn’t come back on the same day. Yesterday I returned to this place because I had been once and had a good experience. Unfortunately, my service yesterday negated all of that. My nails aren’t clean on the sides + cuticle areas, and were filed down so much near the free edge that there is no color, making my nails look quite unkempt. I wouldn’t return here. Picture below shows an example: the edges just aren’t clean and fully covered with color.
Love Ariel! She’s friendly, fun, and always willing to try design ideas. She never lets me leave until we are both satisfied with the end results. She’s the best!
I love this nail salon! The Front Desk guy is very friendly and the workers there all do an amazing job! I recommend this place if you like nail designs, a clean and nice environment.
