Ive been coming here for years and I swear by this salon. All of the staff are extremely talented and kind. I come in and want some crazy designs, and they never say no! The final results have never disappointed me. They have all sorts of equipment and products to give you exactly what you want in terms on designs. It is hard to find a nail salon in Waco that is clean and offers alot of variety of nail colors to choose from. This place offers that and their nail tech and customer service is top notch! I recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean environment, nice customer service, and amazing nail designs!
Beware. Poor quality work and even worse customer service. My daughter had her nails filled, and within 30 minutes of leaving, one nail fell off. She called the salon and was told they could fix it within 7 days, but she had prior commitments (rush) and couldn’t return right away. By the next day, three more nails had fallen off. She called again to explain the situation, but the response was the same—no accommodation beyond their 7-day policy. Everyone is friendly. I’ve seen many of their staff and each one does a great job. I really like Mary. Clean and organized, bright and comfy.
